At Winsome Tots, our foundation is built on the collective vision of three accomplished women—each bringing unique expertise, deep passion, and a shared commitment to nurturing young minds. Together, they have created a space where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn and intellectually.
Ms. Rajeswari Balasubramanian
Co-Founder | Academic Lead
An accomplished educator with an M.Sc. and B.Ed., along with a CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Childcare & Education, Ms. Rajeswari brings over 18 years of teaching experience across diverse curricula.
Her career includes leadership roles as a Kindergarten Coordinator and Curriculum Coordinator. She also successfully established and managed her own play school in Chennai, India, for the past five years.
Deeply passionate about early childhood education, she believes that the early years form the foundation of lifelong learning. Her move to expand into Dubai is driven by the growing need for quality early education, particularly for working families.
Her Vision for Winsome Tots is to create a strong academic foundation within a nurturing environment—where learning is meaningful, age-appropriate, and joyful.
Ms. Thahseen Khanam
Co-Founder | Design & Environment Lead
With over nine years of experience as an interior designer across India and the UAE, Ms. Thahseen brings a thoughtful and functional approach to creating meaningful spaces.
Her transition into early childhood education was inspired by a deeper understanding of how environments influence human behavior—especially in young children. She believes that well-designed spaces act as silent teachers, shaping comfort, confidence, and curiosity.
At Winsome Tots, she has carefully crafted an environment that is warm, simple, and safe—ensuring every child feels at home from the moment they walk in.
Ms. Ramya Venkataraman
Co-Founder | Vision & Community Lead
A University Rank Holder in English with over 27 years of experience in the UAE, Ms. Ramya brings a wealth of professional insight gained through working with multinational organizations before transitioning into early childhood education.
Driven by a deep commitment to women’s empowerment and a genuine love for working with children, she believes in creating meaningful and joyful learning experiences.
Her vision for Winsome Tots is to create a nurturing environment that inspires curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child, while building a strong sense of trust and community among families.
